Pastor Jeanette M. Williams, the Founder and Senior Pastor of Jesus Ministry Works Church, was born in the Bronx, New York, into a family of seven siblings on December 30, 1957. She was raised by her mother, Jettie Mae Mangum, and her grandmother, Polina Singleton. Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, she was a member of Bethlehem Healing Temple in Brooklyn, New York under the leadership of the late Evangelist Mother Mattie B. Poole. It was there that she found inspiration and dedicated her life to the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at 8 years old. Pastor Jeanette Williams was educated in the New York City public school system and graduated from William H. Maxwell Vocational High School in 1976. Upon graduating, she worked as a computer operator. She attended Lehman College during the years of 1981-1983. Pastor pursued a career in law enforcement from 1988 until she retired in 2011. She later married Assistant Pastor Herbert A. Williams Jr., and they are privileged to have 30 years of marriage and six children.

Pastor Jeanette Williams has been an active member of the Pentecostal Universal Church of Deliverance, serving in locations in the Bronx and Middletown, N.Y., under the leadership of the late Pastor Marie Copland and preceded by the late Pastor Tina Copland for over 24 years. Additionally, Pastor Jeanette M. Williams was a member of Revival Deliverance Center in Benson, N.C., under Bishop J.A. Buie. She achieved ordination as a minister through the United Front for Holiness Inc. and was later recognized as an Elder by Archbishop Dr. Anthony Ray King. She was an adult Sunday school teacher at St. Paul Baptist Church and a leader on the Out Reach and Intercessory Prayer Team.

God called Pastor Jeanette M. Williams into pastorship many years ago, and she accepted that call on her birthday, December 30, 2019. Pastor Jeanette M. Williams and Assistant Pastor Herbert A. Williams Jr. established Jesus Ministry Works Church on February 1, 2020, which holds an Article of Fellowship with Liberty Pentecostal Fellowship under the leadership of Most Reverend Presiding Arch Elect. Bishop Keith Raymond Wright I. Pastor Jeanette M. Williams is an affiliate pastor of Liberty Pentecostal Fellowship. Additionally, Pastor Jeanette is involved in planting and providing spiritual insight to "Now Faith Christian Center" in the coastal area of North Carolina. Her greatest accomplishment is her love for God and His people. A life dedicated to prayer and love.
